Using CAD software we specialize in designing and building custom solutions for your build. Once given design parameters and input from our customer we custom design a solution. After reviewing and making improvements to the design it is then built and installed, leaving you with a product that best suits your needs.

When a piece of equipment reaches the end of its service life customers often opt to have additional equipment removed before sale. Depending on the age and functionality of removed equipment it can then be reinstalled in a newer vehicle or recycled. In addition to vehicles and equipment we also offer this service for buildings, both residential and commercial.

This enclosure allowed us to mount a Whelen M6 strobe to the top of our dozer for signaling aircraft of your equipment's location. With the mesh top it prevents the light from damage by trees and branches.

This plate accomplishes a few goals. In the front are 2 light pods and 1 flood bar, providing large coverage for scenes. We also mount hand tools and extinguishers to the underside. All of this was done without restricting the operator's vision.

This bolt in board eliminates the need for measuring out and cutting a board when upfitting a vehicle. Adding lighting controllers, radios, and other electronics is as simple as bolting our solutions and installing your equipment. We are always developing new solutions for a variety of vehicles in addition to Ford trucks. These come in a variety of painted and non-painted finishes with optional LED Backlit logos.
Ford F-Series Under Hood Circuit Circuit Breaker Panel
Using this bolt in plate you can mount circuit breakers under the hood of a Ford pickup. Finding places to mount electronics under the hood can often be difficult and this solution has worked well for us in our builds.
Starlink Mini Mount
This mount is designed to bolt a Star Link Mini to the top plate of a dozer's sweeps. The recessed mount provides protection from trees and branches without reducing signal. Can be used as a flush mount in other applications as well. It is built out of 1/4" and 1/8" steel plate making it very durable.

Designed to mount on a 2004 Ford F-350, this rack has 6 side marker lights, rear facing light pods, 3 rear Dot marker lights, and mounts a Whelen Legacy bar to the top. We can do any variation of truck or accessories on a rack.

We built these aluminum boxes for extra storage between the frame rails and toolboxes.
Our Custom Command Solutions
This console was designed and implemented to relocate radio control heads off the truck vault and create a usable Incident command station without reducing storage capacity in the camper shell. This solution mounts the radio control heads and speakers to the underside of the door. With the camper shell door open their radios are now above the whiteboard. The customer opted to add the department's name with led backlighting on the side. We design and build these consoles inhouse and can add additional control heads, lighting controllers, work lights, logos, switches, and finished colors to suit your needs. Due to the custom nature and the variety of camper shells on the market, we may require measurements and additional information on your vehicle to ensure proper fitment. Currently we have variations for Leer, Century, and Smart Cap shells, but with measurements we can design a new solution for most other camper shells.
